Apple Spinach Morning Smoothie

2 Ripe frozen Bananas
1 Large Handfuls of Baby Spinach or dino kale (or any non-bitter leafy green)
Handful of Ice
1 Cup Organic Apple Sauce or 1 cup of frozen or fresh pineapple

Blend until smooth!

**My kids absolutely love this smoothie! I freeze leftovers into popsicles.
